Rethrea World | Beginner Guide

1. Toolbar Settings

There are 8 slots on the toolbar that can be used by players. Press the 'N' button to set the toolbar.
Press 'M' key to set the party. press the 'K' key during battle to make ally against the enemy.
2. Boss Challenge
Talk to the boss NPC on a specific map to challenge the boss. select the level of difficulty in Boss Battle. The level of difficulty affects the level, experience and items dropped by the boss.
3. Boss Battle
Boss battles are different from battles with ordinary monsters. in boss battles, players are not allowed to dash. natural regeneration also doesn't work. Players can escape from boss battles through the hexagram on each map. step on the Hexagram and wait 5 seconds for the escape process to finish.

After the boss loses, the player can exit the battle through the Hexagram.
4. Crafting and Alchemy

Players can make equipment on blacksmiths. through the "Make an Equipment" option.

Use the materials needed to make one piece of equipment.
that also applies to alchemists. make supporting items at the Alchemist Shop.

5. Statting Equipment

Players can add status to their equipment in blacksmiths.
the player must unequip the equipment to which he wants to add a stat before statting.

There are 4 types of status that can be added to the equipment.

Basic Stat
Extra Stat
Stat Resistance
Element Stat
each stat needs a different Scroll too.
You can buy Scroll of [Random] at the Petata item store.

the stat you get from the Scroll of [Random] is random. 
sometimes lucky, sometimes bad.

the player can add a maximum of 2 stat to one equipment. Prestat and Substate.
Prestat has better features than substrate.
each stat has a chance of success and has a different price.

After statting, the player can re-statting by doing the same way.

In this picture, it can be seen that my Adventurer armor has been successfully statting.

My armor's name becomes [ATK] Adventurer Armor [CDG]
all of them are abbreviations for prestat and substrate.
[ATK] on prestat add 10% ATK. [CDG] on the substrate adds 5% Critical Damage.
6. Stat Distribution
You can strengthen your character by distributing stat. there are 5 main statuses that can be filled in points.
- Strength
Add ATK
- Intelligence
Add MATK
- vitality
Add MAX HP, DEF and MDEF
- Agility
Add ASPD, CSPD, Evasion Rate and Magic Evasion Rate.
- Dexterity
Add a little ATK.
Increase Accuracy and Critical Rate.

You need DP (Distribution Points) to add each stat. each stat needs 1 BP to fill. the maximum BP on 1 main stat is 255.

7. Leveling

Every time you kill a monster or boss, you will get Exp. Exp is used to increase your character's level. Level is very important in Rethrea World because it affects many things like Stat, Skill and so on.
You will get more Exp on monsters that have a level close to your character's level.

for example Boss Goblin Lv15, your character is Lv14, then you will get more Exp than your character at level 30.
8. Tier Skills
Each weapon skill types (Sword Skills, Shoot Skills, Magic Skills) have 3 tiers
- Tier 1
This skill can be learned when your character is at level 1 and above.
This skill contains 5 skills that can be learned.
- Tier 2
This skill can be learned when your character is at level 30 and above.
This skill contains 3 skills that can be learned.
- Tier 3
This skill can be learned when your character is at level 70 and above.
This skill contains 3 skills that can be learned.

Each additional skill type (Survival Skill, Battle Skill, Knight Skill, Support Skill) has 2 tiers.
- Tier 1
This skill can be learned when your character is at level 30 and above.
This skill contains 2 skills that can be learned.
- Tier 2
This skill can be learned when your character is at level 50 and above.
This skill contains 2 skills that can be learned.
